PlainJob Get early access

What we collect and why.

Last updated October 12, 2026

PlainJob is run by Nicholas Lipari, a sole proprietor in New York. This page covers the website, the early-access list and the PlainJob app.

What we collect

This site has no ads and no tracking tools. The app keeps you signed in by storing a sign-in key in your browser; it's used for nothing else.

Why we collect it

Your customers' information

The clients you add belong to your business. We store them only so the app can work for you, and we never contact them or use them for anything else. A customer sees a quote or invoice only through the private link you send them.

Payments

When online payments launch, card and bank details will go straight to Stripe, our payment provider. PlainJob never sees or stores card numbers.

Where it's kept and who sees it

Everything is stored with our database provider, Supabase, on servers in the United States. Each business can see only its own data. We look at your data only when you ask for help or to keep the service secure.

We don't sell or rent anyone's information. We share it only with the companies that run parts of PlainJob for us, and only so they can do that job:

Your data, your call

You can download your clients and jobs as spreadsheets any time from Settings. To have your account or your early-access sign-up deleted, email hello@plainjobapp.com from the address you use with us, and we'll delete it within 30 days. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

Children

PlainJob is a tool for businesses and isn't meant for anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this page, we'll update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use your information, we'll email you first.
